ANSWER: Yes; example- Nepal and Pakistan have a much higher HDI Ranking than India, but India has a higher Life Expectancy than Nepal, and Pakistan.

ANSWER: GDP and Adequate Sanitaion don't seem to being doing well; Public Education, and Womens seats in parliament seem to be doing OK; But, their Life Expectancy is pretty high.

ANSWER: Public Education overall South Asia is higher than in Middle East.But in some countries in the Middle East are higher than in South Asia's.
Life Expectancy is around the same amount in South Asia and the Middle East. But the graphs start at diifernt points, and end at the same one, so it is hard to tell.
