4. In South Asia, the highest percent of population using adequate sanitation is 62 and the rest are under 30. However, the Middle East is doing much better in this area overall with all but one country over 80 percent using adequate sanitation. In Middle East, all countries but one is above 70 percent in adult literacy rate. And in South Asia all but one are less then.
