Yes, Egypt's sanitation rate is way lower than others, Iran has a WAY larger Public Education Expenditure.

Because those countries women have less rights then the men.

Adequate, because some parts of the Middle East, such as Egypt, arn't doing as well as other Middle East countries such as Israel.
