1. Population under 15 and their public education expenditure
2. Population using adequate sanitation, adult literacy rate, and the seats in the parliament held by women
3. Some countries are very strong in areas like these but others are not. They need to stop having kids and do something about their healthcare. Now if they need kids for farming that’s one thing but when you have such a high percentage of children under 15, not much is going to get done.
4. The Middle East has much higher GDP’s than South Asia. The Middle East has a much better location however, and much more opportunity of trade and making money in general. There are many more seats in the South Asian parliaments held by women than in the Middle East. This probably mean sexism is less of an issue in South Asia as well as different laws in religion.
