1. They are strong in public education expenditure and population under 15
2. Most of the countries excluding Pakistan have high education priorities, but Pakistan has high women in parliament.
3. They need to improve their GDP and adequate sanitation.
4. There are more women in the government in south Asia than the Middle East, and south Asia has a higher GDP than the Middle East.
