1. The areas of development that the South Asia is strong in is Pop.under 15 and Public Education Expenditure (% of gov.).

2. Yes, one of the big differece is that while Pakistan Seats in parliament held by women is 20.6 the other countries are less than 9.3.

3. South Asia appears to be doing ok not the best that it probaly could be but also it's not doing so terrible either.

4. well to stats are Life Expectancy and Seats in parliament held by women. in Life Expectancy South Asia and the Middle East seems to be doing the same both being around the 60-70.In Seats in parliament held by women South Asia seems to be doing better than the Middle East.
