You are so beautiful, Holly...I hope you know that. I hope you never doubt that. I know that you're the one who feels lucky and you have so many reasons to feel that way with such an amazing son who is so much like you, and obviously, all of the best things in all who have come before him, but I hope you also know how incredibly lucky Samson is to have you---this beautiful soul who only seems to shine more brightly when life deals you tough hands, who finds the most amazing beauty in everyone and everything and shows such grace when it isn't so easy...you really knock my socks off and inspire me more than I could ever say, in a thousand different little ways and so many major ones, too.

I am so very sorry about the loss of your dad, and the loss of Samson's grandfather. My heart goes out to you all, my thoughts, prayers, and love are with you, and my hope is that there is rest and peace for your dad.
