Plants require minerals to grow,without them they will not grow, so ask yourself why is the Earth covered with wild plants and plants cultivated by man?
The soil is alive with around 100 different micro-orgmisms.So when man dumps pure mineral salts on the soil this will kill the organisms that live in the soil. Plants cannot eat rocks just like people: we need fruits, vegtables and seed sprouts that are packed with minerals and other vital substaces given by God.
Plants grown in soil need healthy micro-organisms to make availabe the minerals that are locked up in the soils of the Earth. Transformed into bioavailable minerals to the plants. Humic substances (humic and fulvic acid) are the key to building fertile soil and are products of micro-organisms. Plants love mineral salts and will grow when applied to the soil but they are sick plants that attract bugs and disease, they are pumped up and bathed in chemicals: pesticides, fungicdes,herbicides ad nausem to survive.
Hydroponicaly grown plants are without soil so the roots absorb mineral salts directly into the plants system and is the same as organic standards: Superior quality, flavour, long self life, pesticide and chemical free.
So eat more fruits, vegtables, and sprouts. Red meat contains phosphoric acid which leaches calcium from the body. The body does not naturaly lose calcium: there is no loss until we eat red meat an other food substaces. Frutose not sucrose is the type of glucose the the cells require(100 trillion cells make up th body) . Protein has to be broken down into glucose so why eat meat? Amino acids are the building blocks of protien. We do not eat people to make people.
So the next time you see a plant you consider a weed think about the minerals that make it grow and look at the type of soil: Very Humic black rich smell to hardpan and red clay that is void of humic acids and micro organisms.

Amino acid:
There are many kinds of protein in the body, but they are all poloymers of smaller compounds called amino acids. Just as proteins are building bolcks of the body, amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. there are 22 different kinds of amino acids which may be combined in various ways to produce different kinds of protein.
Sources of amino acids. Although some amio acids are synthesized by the body, others must be obtained directly from food because they cannot be synthesized by the body. such amino acids are called essential amino acids, because it is imperitive that they be included in our diet.
Certain foods contain more essential amino acid than other foods. Those sources of protein that contain all of the essential amino acids in the proper amounts are said to be complete, and those that are deficient in one or more of essential amino acids are said to be incomplete. Most animal sources of protein provide all the essential amino acids in adequate amounts. Thus egggs, poultry, fish, red meat, milk and cheese are complete proteins.
A person who eats little or no meat must make certain that he eats foods with the essential amino acids ordinarily supplied by meat protein. This can be done, however, if one is aware of what amino acid deficiencies in one food may be offset by another food that is rich in that amino acid. Because vegetable proteins are often lacking one or more or the essential amino acids, it is important to eat a variety of foods.
Peptide bonds:Amino acids are linked together into proteins by peptide bonds.
Proteins can be classified into two categories based on their structure: fibrous protein and globular proteins.
A proteins shape, strength, flexibility, chemical properties are determined by the sequence of the amino acids that compose it.
Special globular proteins which initiate or regulate chemical reaction within the cell are called enzymes.
A cell makes enzymes as needed. Rather than making new enzyme molecules from scratch, a cell often breaks down old enzyme molecules ond uses thier Amino Acids to construct new enzymes.
The intricate design of proteins is a testament to the intelligence to the Creator.
