Subject: Is this the start of your best Cross season ever?

What a great start to the season both in UK and mainland Europe. Starting as you finished last season.... the signs look good for a fantastic cross season.. better add specific training for stepping up onto the podium! Mind you I hear after a hard race its more difficult stepping down after the presentation. Casting my ageing brain back over the years... I think that you are the most successful British woman cross rider in Europe ever. Stay focussed and the Worlds podium awaits you. LIVE THE DREAM
