Subject: Hair & Makeup vendors please beware....

I had a mom cancel on me last minute for hair services for a 19month old. I agreed to only charge $50 for just hair. I required a deposit from her. She called couple days prior to LMM to cancel and request I credit another mom for the money sent so she wouldn't have to pay me. I received multiple text messages, phone calls and facebook chats/messages from both. I repeated said no refunds or transfers. Not fair to me. The original mom Ms Masterman said she wanted to help the other man due to the other mom having mom issues. I informed her lastly on the phone no. She was very polite and said she understood. Just a note I never received payment from this other mom with money issues. I know, I shud have gotten $$ upfront. My bad, won't happen again. But to my surprise I received this...

"Services were not rendered, because I was told that you were coming to my hotel room originally, then you informed me the day before you were setting up in someone else's room and that I was to come to you.

You also sent me an email that I was to have my childs hair rolled upon your arrival TO MY ROOM. If I hire someone to fix my childs hair, as I have in the past, I expect that to be included, as it has in the past. THATS WHY I HIRE "SO CALLED" PROFFESIONALS!!! All of these factors combined is false representation of you services and I expect a full refund because I had you booked and paid a full month in advance based on information that I received previously, which you backed out on!"

So obviously the "lady" has issues herself. So because of this woman I will no longer be accepting paypal payments! Hair/makeup people do not roll hair except the few who charge extra. But ya know what, I rolled one for FREE. She asked Ms Masterman. Oh and did u forget u CANCELLED with me. If paypal gives u ur $50 back, I hope it pays for ur DIGNITY....
