.:}{:.Violet orbs stared unblinkingly into the distance. Her eyes saw not what was there but it was her mind that did the seeing. Purple outlines danced across her vision as she stared. Soon her vision had blurred and became entirely blank. Her body was shutting itself down, resting. Her mind would not rest though. As she slept she dreamt, of her past mostly. In her dreams though there were pictures she had made up to go along with the words and sounds she heard. Suddenly Taygo was before her, a coy smile upon his lips and his voice telling her he would be her protection. And he was. Soon he sheltered her from everyone. She was not allowed to leave their alcove because he said it was not safe. Then the abuse started. Her body trembled as she relived the horror of it all. She had believed that he would protect her but who would protect her from him? Then the nightmare ended and the mare awoke with a start. Tears streaked down her muzzle. There the femme sat crying from her own nightmare wishing it had never happened at all. .:}{:.
