Turning back to the river, she sighed. "Love, what a wonderful yet confusing word that is. Though I do admit it must be wonderful, I have never had it happen to me. Not the type of passionate love you only read about between a man and a woman that leaves you breathless and captures all your senses," Marnie remarked thoughtfully. Turning her head to Darian, she asks, "Have you ever been in love like that?"
