He was always jealous of your lord father... beside him, my father felt impotent and unworthy. I believe that was the reason he so scorned me. My father was always careful that my mother was not left alone with yours. He felt your father could steal her from him. I believe he accused her of having an affair with your father... and him having sired me. *she half-shruggs, clearly not accepting that version of truth* But those are just rumors...
