.:[Baroness smiles, contemplating the location of her soon to be built home. Perhaps a short way back from the town, far enough to be private and allow for good sized grounds to run her own animals, and for a fair game area, yet not so far that those who wished to come visit from the town would have to walk for hours. Her gaze comes to rest behind the town, where a small hill rose, levelling off before rising again. A small smile touches her lips.]::[I do believe I would like to inspect that small hill over behind the town. There is a good deal of land and forest around it, close access to the river, and it is not so far from the town I shall be completely removed from the goings on. Besides, if I place the manor well, the slopes will make a wonderful setting for outdoor terraces.]::[Her eyes narrow shrewdly.]::[And the area of land surrounding it seems to have a good water supply. The slopes will do quite adequately for the animals, the lower flats surrounding it for grain and crops of various kinds. And that hill appears to have enough flat space atop it for all the stabling and storage I could need. What is your opinion your Grace?]::[She turns to him, interested to hear what it was he thought. With her own good-sized area selected, the remainder could be allotted to local farmers, for a fee, and perhaps the local fishing trade would be restarted, boosting the town's population.]:.
