Measurements are: 21" waist. Shoulder to hem is 23" skirt can come down about 1 /12 to 2 more inches if needed. Shoulder to shoulder is 13 Inches with the padded sleeves so I would say it is actually 11 inches. Waist to bottom of skirt is 11 ".
