- The colt follows Sea Storm, two steps to every one of the stallion's. He tosses the thoughts of his brother out of his mind and rockets off, heading for water. His galloping hooves throw sand until he hits the waves. Toby splashes into the surf, turning. He gallops through the chilly seawater, parallel to the shore. His peals of laughter are audible from quite a distance. -
