Subject: WW1 Military Concert Parties

Hello all,

I research music and entertainment in WW1, and especially military concert parties. I have discovered 700+ army concert parties so far, and I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has information about the men who performed in them, whether pre-war professionals, or amateurs who did a turn.

My long term aim is to produce a book on the subject (working title 'Treading the Duckborads'), but until then I give talks, and am happy to provide what information I may have to people whose relations entertained in troupes for the troops.
