I really am ashamed to say I support that side, after such a pathetic display. Its hard to give anyone any credit, possibly Antoine-Curier and maybe Shuker, but thats it.

Gilks must have played his last game now for a while. He looked edgy and nervous in the first half and never once controlled his box from the crosses. Fair enough he made some good saves, but that is expected from him now.

Evans had a mare, and gave away the first goal, but he still has to play because its very rare he makes mistakes, he is forgiven.

Simpkins must not be allowed on the pitch again. I thought Hill was bad at Carlisle! Simpkins was worse! Matt Doughty must be given his place at left back again.

Burgess didn't do too badly, but in the end he is too slow, and it was a stupid mistake for the first goal. We need a new central defence.

Griffiths was woeful. He can't kick, can't pass, he falls over, blames other player. He is a waste of space. He needs to be released and his wage used for a centre back with some pace.

Bertos failed to get into the game. His problem was that for once he wasn't the fastest player on the pitch and couldn't dance past whoever he wanted to. Will come good again though.

McClare I really feel sorry for the lad. He gives it his all every game, but is always left by himself and made to do the work of two players, thats why we are always getting over-run in midfield. The loss of Betts has been a major reason we are struggling.

Brannan - go home.

Shuker was one of our better players, but I still expect a lot more from him. He finally had a shot last night and it went in. Bloody shoot more often! He obviously has the talent, he needs to show it more. But all in all, not too bad

Antoine-Curier needs to be given a contract. He has pace, skill, determination, vision and can score goals. We will see how good him and Connor can be on Saturday hopefully.

McEvilly was disgraceful. He has lost all will to play, he doesn't try anymore. Not only does he need dropping, but we should sell him and give his wage to Curier.

Townson looked lively but we can't rely on him to come off the bench every game and save us, especially when the midfield does not supply the chances for him.

Strachan had a mare when he came on. His first touch was non-existent and that cross he put in from the free-kick with only a couple of minutes left was pathetic. Surely there is better to come from him.

As you can see I'm a bit disappointed after last night! Team for Saturday anyway:
