PLEASE-get a dictionary! "...YOUR not on THERE roster" (It's " YOU'RE" and "THEIR".)
I know posters type fast, but sometimes the barrage of grammatical errors drive me nuts.
Ok, stop now before you all start blasting me to get a life. I have one, just sometimes the pathetic lack of simple spelling skills makes me crazy.
