WENT FISHING FRIDAY AT BRAIDWOOD. BOY I WISH I COULD HAVE THOSE FISH HIT AGAIN ON APRIL 18TH. THE FOG WAS SO THICK YOU COULD'NT SEE 10 FEET IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE. WATER ON THE COLD SIDE WAS 58 DEGREES! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN TO BRAIDWOOD. TEN MINUITES INTO THE MORNING I CAUGHT MY FIRST BASS OF THE YEAR A FAT 3 POUNDER. I WAS PRETTY EXCITED. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BECOME THE NORM FOR THE DAY. TOTAL FIVE FISH LIMIT WAS 16LBS. MY POOR PARTNER(MARK) WAS'NT AS LUCKY.BUT I KEPT HIM BUSY NETTING FISH AND TAKING PICTURES.LOOKS LIKE THE WEATHER THIS WEEK WILL WARM UP SO IF YOU GET A CHANCE TAKE A "MENTAL HEALTH DAY" AND GO FISHING.

I'm off thursday and may be braidwood in my plans.
