Hi Tracie. I would advise that if you are worried about it, call your doctor and let him/her know what is happening. It is normal to have bleeding following the procedure, and a discharge can last for up to six weeks. That said, my doc told me after my leep that sometimes it is a week later that a woman can have alot of bleeding. Typically they say to get concerned if you are soaking a pad an hour, if there is an odor and if you are having stomach pain. But, my inner voice always says "call if you're worried". I wonder if the area is releasing the scab, causing a bit more blood to appear? I don't know if your other pain would be related to the bleeding. Call your doc or nurse and give them a heads up. He/she may want to examine you, or he/she may ease your concerns. I hope this helps a little :)
