i had a radical vulvectomy done 8/21. I didn't find it to be painful at all, like I imagined it would be. The growth was cancerous but doctor feels he got it all. A CAT showed no node involvement, but yet the dooctor wants to remove groin nodes. He didn't want to take them out during the 1st surgery, as it might turn out to be unnecessary surgery. It annoys me that he didn't do it then. I would like to hear from other women who had the same thing done. What can I expect? Any tips or advice would help me get through this. Thank you in advance.
