i found out two weeks ago i have herpes 2. the dr put me on valtrex for seven days it cleared up but in less then two weeks had another outbreak. This time the dr put me on a 3 day supply of valtrex. I still have the outbreak and still in pain. Im scared dont know what I should do and Im feeling unpretty, dirty and just plain ol mad at myself for getting this in the first place.
If anyone of you has gone through this or have any advice would love to hear from you and help me get through this.
I dont think the stress and me worrying all the time is helping either
