Some doctors suggest prenatal vitamins because it has a bit more folic acid...a good multi can't hurt and will supple most of the vitamins you are not getting....

Some clinical trails are going on to see if Indole Carbinol or DIM will provide help in the virus regression. This supplement is made of broccoli and cauliflower. You can do a search...see if you think this will benefit you.

Eating your greens help. Green tea seems to have benefit..

Getting adequate sleep...this help in stress reductions and our body’s cells heal in stage four sleep.

Exercise can't hurt...

Condoms use has been shown to help the virus regress and provide more protection to the cervix. In a committed relationship constant condom use after treatments and for a couple of clear paps seems to help...of course diligent condoms use in new relationships.

Most women will eventually build antibodies to our HPV types..new sex partners can open us to HPV types not yet acquired.
