Hello,
I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer grade 1B no lymph node involvment at all. This was in 8 of 07. 3 days after surgery I had a pain in my lower left side befor I left the hopsital. naturally they said you also had a 10 pound fibroid tumor and quite a few other fibroids so you will have pain. Went home continued having pain. went through 4 pelvic and vaginal ultra sounds they found nothing. Went back to surgeon, 4 emergency room doctors and 5 physical exams. They found nothing. My pap smears came back ok. My ca125 market was 5.
Had a pap smear in March and it came back suspicious. Went to the Univ of Mich to a specialist he did a col(something or the other) and found a lesion. Guess where. In my lower left side. I ha complained about it for month and bled every daysince coming out of the hospital. I thought that I was a hypochondriac.

The put me on chemo Taxol and something platinum. 6 rounds three weeks apart.

After the second round there was no sign of mestatic cancer or any kind of cancer. I went to my 4th round of chemo. As I sat there my blood pressure rose to 150 over 120. This scared them to death because they had to wake me up to tell me my BP was soaring. They decided to stop the chemo and the BP went down immediately. When I had the CT scan they saw 3 small mm nodules in my lungs and told me that the cancer may have spread.
I have no cancer in the pelvis or abdomen or lymph nodes.
My ca125 is 9. Is this a little odd to anyone. They still say that the the cancer was grade 1B.

I am a bit curious.
