I have no medical training but as far as I have been able to learn -cusa C-cavitron U-ultrasonic S-surgical A-aspirator is the machine that uses water that is agitated enough to cause the breaking apart of cellular structure and sucks it away with a needle leaving them with enough material for pathology! My GYN-ONC explained it like this- remember when you fell off your bike and skinned your knee? It's kinda like that- it takes off layers 1(one) at a time and is very precise-leaving little or no scar and requires no stiches but is not effective in hair growing areas. 4 to 6 week recovery time. I hope this is useful information to you. I have VIN3 CIS SEVERE DYSPLASIA - and am planning to have this done in area nearest clitoris and surgery for the rest as mine is quite large but I have found that ANYTHING I CAN UNDERSTAND-I CAN DEAL WITH!
