Over the past year I have gone through a lot. In August I had an abnormal Pap. I had a biopsy done in September and even though it came back negative for cancerous/precancerous cells the doctor wanted to go ahead and have a Leep. I wanted a little more info and a second opinion and had 4 biopsies done which showed Sever dysplasia. Then I had an outpatient LEEP in November. That is when they found out that I had adenocarcinoma in situ. So I was referred to a gyn/oncologist. He did another Cone/Leep and the results showed that there were no malignancies. I am just wondering how do you have something one month and the next nothing. It is just very confusing and there is so much information out there and lots of contradictions. I go back in May for a follow up, but may have to go back this month because I was bleeding abnormally. I am just ready to feel normal again!! My diagnosis was Cervical Cancer in Situ... did I have cancer or not? I was told that it was precancerous. If an of you can help that would be great!
