Subject: The photos and video have been delayed due to Mr Bullards home being hit by two hurricanes. They are ready and should be sent out some time this week. He has emailed me to let me know he just now has power after several days without it.

TODAY IS WEDNESDAY AND I JUST HEARD FROM DAVID BULLARD, YOUR PICTURE GUY. ALL PICS AND VIDEOS WENT OUT MONDAY IN THE PM MAIL CYCLE. THIS NICE OLD MAN AND HIS WIFE LIVE IN PC BEACH, THEY HAVE NOW BEEN HIT BY 3 HURRICANES. THEY HAVE BEEN LIVING ON GENERATOR POWER, WITH LITTLE ICE, GAS OR WATER. I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LINING HIM UP, I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL PAGEANTS IN THE LAST YEAR. HIS PHOTOS WERE THE BEST AND WHAT HE CHARGES THE CONTESTANT IS ABOUT 1/2 OF WHAT OTHERS CHARGE. I'M SORRY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE UPSET WITH CAROLYN ABOUT NOT RECEIVING THEIR PICS, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HER, SHE IS UNDER NO CONTRACT WITH HIM. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PICS OR VIDEO IN THE NEXT WEEK, MIND YOU THE MAIL COMING OUT OF PC IS RUNNING SLOW, YOU CAN CONTACT HIM DIRECTLY. IN CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR CONTACT SHEET FROM HIM HIS E-MAIL ADDRESS IS DBUL1937@aol.com. I hope that we will all keep him and Gloria in our prayers as they continue to wade through this very difficult time.
