Dit is waarschijnlijk inderdaad de 'standaard'. Ik veronderstel dat ik het echter verder zal moeten gaan zoeken in de uitzonderingsregelingen of toestanden als "ontheffing op verbod"-bepalingen e.d.

Openbare besturen mogen geen chemische bestrijding meer (laten) toepassen voor hun bermbeheer, maar ze hebben ver allemaal een 'uitzonderings'regeling..
En gebruik van pesticiden in bossen is vb. wel toegelaten vr glyfosaat bij exotenbestrijding. Dus mss staminjecties ook wel om een specifieke reden..?
