kan iemand me zeggen op basis van wat (publicatie/studie/decreet/besluit/...) volgende uitspraak komt:

'Om de behoefte aan publiek toegankelijke open ruimte gebieden te ramen is uitgegaan van de norm lange termijn planning groenvoorzieningen (30 m2 openbaar toegankelijk park per inwoner) en de lange termijnplanning bosbouw en gewenste bosstructuur in Vlaanderen (100 m2 bos per inwoner).'
