She started to pace and thought about how she can explain it in words that they can understand "Ok..You both have something that not alot of demons have mostly humans have it and it's a good thing you have it. It's called Chakra. Chakra is the energy a shinobi (type of ninja) needs when performing a jutsu. This energy has two parts: The body energy that is in each of the billions of your cells, and the spiritual energy gained through training and other experiences. So, basically, performing a jutsu is done by bringing out and releasing these two energies. This is called releasing chakra and is done through the process of performing a seal with the hands. If you can do these seals then you're invisable and no one can beat you." she said while placing her hands on her hips "Now consintrait to get a bit of Chakra and aim it at your feet. It'll be hard to climb up thouse tree's now that your useing it but it'll be worth it." she said and threw the arrows into the ground "Now start again!"
