 Humanity has so many failings that I feel that I should try to have absolutely no expectations of people (friends, family etc)even when they say they will do 'x' or 'y', as often expectation does lead to disappointment. Can anyone tell me where the verse comes from that goes something like this: 'Trust in God so that you don't have to trust in man'?
