Battle, Sr. 's message, "HOW TO LEAD JEHOVAH WITNESSES TO JESUS CHRIST" on 17:31:05 03/17/07 Sat It is difficult for many Christians to understand the Jehovah Witness cult and so I would say for anyone witnessing to a "Jehovah's" Witness to proceed with prayer and caution. They do not believe that Jesus is God and so walking them through the Scriptures and showing them the truth of Christ's Deity is very important. The Lord Jesus, the Second Person of the Trinity, is the Word who became flesh, recorded in John chapter one. It's in our bible. So it always baffles me how folks twist the Scriptures to suit their twisted ideas. They claim to have "the key" to understanding the Scriptures but we must remember that one can never test the scriptures by their “key”. We must always test their “key” by the Scriptures. The Scriptures stand alone. All bible teaching must be in alliance with the literal Scriptures-- not twisting the Scriptures to "fit" a certain belief or viewpoint. Jesus is God, as is evidenced in the Old Testament and the New Testament.
