before sending it back Try inserting your PS2 controller into the 2nd port of the Sega Saturn and press X X X Triangle Up Down L3 on the main menu
This will unlock VIW stars, Slapper, Coco and Mad Sid
and Also BAHA members....BAD MIKE, TaxicabMan, the fearless Gekko, rassling Genius Big ALLAN, The Squid (known for 7 star classic when he faced Abdullah Kobashi), And Baron Von Chocolate Kid the third.

Hopefully this will make the game more enjoyable for you....

But if you still have a grievance and want a refund you will have to contact B.A.H.A finance (i believe they have moved out of wrestling and are building Trumps Golf Course in Aberdeen) as they were the ones who made and licenced this game so asking VIW for your money back is silly. its sort of like asking Toad for your money back if you didn't like Super MArio Brothers 3.
