This guy has some nerve the carpetbagger that he is. We all have our freedom of speech. He thinks he can come in to our city and dirty deal. He spreads some cash in Cummings hand and its o.k. That building is an historical irreplaceable art treasure. He robbed all the citizens. We do not need crooks and flim flam artist like Dollinger in Newburgh. We have to monitor and stop anything he does.
