Subject: Naughty Judge

Anyone hear the buzz about our "Naughty Judge Kulkin"? Word has it a lady Mary Shumay of 12 Bayview Terrace was in front of him for an open container violation. Woopie, he hassledd her and she alledgedly spilled the beans. She accused him in open court(and on the record) his having smoked pot with her and having sexually assaulted her last year!"Grabbing my tits" was the expression alledgedly used. Should not our fair haired Judge be drug tested? Imagine a Cannabis influenced Judge making important decisions. What gives? Is there a committee that oversees Judges? Can the DA investigate? Anyone know? FYI Mary used to run a junk shop next to the House of Refuge which was reputed to sell stolen goods. Why was the Judge there anyway?
