Subject: Kulkin Update

Manny Mangual has admitted to a close confidant of his that he no longer wants a part in making problems for reporter McCarthy. He alledged he was prodded into doing such by Judge Kulkin. He has admitted to his confidant that it was Judge Kulkin who persuaded him to assault the reporter over a story. It turned out the story was not written by the reporter. Manny says the judge is not doing well mentally after his opertion. He says he displays erratic behavior and mental psychosis. He snaps at even the legal aid lawyers he used to work with threatning them with contempt. Mangual has worked as a substance abuse counselor. Kulkin smokes a lot of pot at night says Manny. He talks of his displeasure with the defendants and how "They are all guilty". Mangual told the confidant that he(Kulkin) wants McCarthy set up and that McCarthy is going to be herassed in the meantime by the Town Court.
