I don't live in the City of Newburgh, but I do everything here and I can say I love this river side. Why must posters claim speculation as fact. These are called theories, so let's call them that shall we. If I were a resident paying taxes I would be HOTTTT. Giving money away like it is Hanukkah. This City appears too vulnerable to pigs and people who think they can get away with murder or close to it. It seems like, if you need some money just go to City Hall eventually you will get whatever you need (except purchase a City owned property). With no real vested interest in the City I have heard it all, and some of you should be ashamed of yourselves (does your conscience allow u to sleep at night?)! Admit when your wrong, apologise, move out and move on!
You have something important, let tax paying citizens know it is FACT by backing it up with tangible evidence. Yes, there are bad people out there with bad intentions and sometimes even good people(disguised) with bad intentions. Money is the root of all evil..
Thank goodness most people don't believe everything they read.

Oh, by the way I'm so glad Patti found her dog!
