The person in question is probable Crac's Homophobe side kick Thomsas Thornton aka Tommy Tow Truck, who parks in a closet but doesn't realize it yet! He has done a lot of dirty work in this area. I read on the Voy./166166/ site he was an Informant for the New Windsor Police. Anyone have the low down?
