Susan nació en Lagunilla, en el estado Zulia y fue criada en un pueblo llamado Bachaquero, reconocido por su industria petrolera. Actualmente, es estudiante de odontología en la Universidad del Zulia y su ambición es calificar como ortodoncista. Es también modelo de medio tiempo. Uno de los trabajos más interesantes que ha tenido hasta ahora fue trabajar como asistente, organizando actividades de integración para niños con necesidades especiales.
