He was, with his mongoloid eyes bulging out, sucking off his NA counselor so he could pass his high school composition equivalency test....and though he does know how to suck with the best of 'em (rumors are Capn' Squid taught him that), he still failed to write a passing 5 paragraph essay....but Capn' Squid did lend him some kneepads....
