I will cast my vote proudly for Kerry/Edwards. Kerry, whatever his drawbacks (such as his attachment to Theresa the Ketchup Kween, who was GOP until like 2002), towered over Bush in the debates. Let's face it: Dubya is not intellectually up to the task. He's an embarrassment even to reasonable conservatives (if there are any remaining).

Though she is not the most personable of politicians, Boxer's record--on the environment and education for instance--is impressive, and she is to be preferred to Bill Jones, a tomato farmer endorsed by Deukmejian, Wilson, Ahh-nuld and the rest of the GOP police state captains. She's a Mommycrat to be sure, but we should vote for accomplishments, not on basis of "character" (unless the character is as pathetic as that of Mad King George II) . Though we may find Ms. Boxer personally a bit nauseating, her accomplishments speak for themselves. The Sierra Club endorses her as well.
