Subject: Not a great way to start the Day !

I created this page for a place to go to post our progress, both good or bad. Today is not a good one for me, I went out at 7:30 this morning and bought a pack of smokes, not the right way to start the day I think. Oh well, this afternoon is my 2nd appointment at the hypnotists, hopefully things will improve. If the weather holds out, they have forecast freezing rain here in Nova Scotia for the Valley. But I already have a back up appointment made if I need it. Cross your fingers for me my friends. Hugzzzzzz Chris
