According to the Newsgroups RJ did an interview where he said they are going to slow the turn-around down a bit to help minimize the errors that are made. To quote RJ:

"We're going to stop running around like chickens with our heads cut off just because we have the manuscript done."

Also, over the past few books they've kept to an every two years schedule. So, keeping that in mind, November of next year will be two years since WH was released.
