I believe that Tarmon Gai'don will be something like the battle in the end of The Great Hunt, with a battle raging "on earth," while elsewhere a big contest of power will wage for the salvation of humankind. I'm leaning toward Moridin vs. Rand in a big True Power vs. One Power fight. (Or Rand and some channeling woman, maybe both with Choedin Kal (sp?).) And the actual battle on earth: I for some reason think a major part will be Aiel vs. Shaido, with only a remnant of a remnant remaining. Actual Aiel are a remnant already, and after the battle only a remnant of that will remain.
