Simple watched kyussai begin to walk off for a moment before she turned to Dashell. Her mouth opned to ask him a question, but a thud closed it again. Kyuusai was face down on the floor and out like a light.

She was at his side before anyone else had even moved, a tremor hanging in the air behind her accompanied by the scent of bittersweet roses, partially decayed.

"Kyu?" She checked his neck for injury beore rolling him over and propping him up against her own body. His head slumped foreward a little. "C'mon Kyuusai, wake up for a minute."

She let his body lean foreward, held from falling on his nose by her arm around his chest, her right hand cupped and she placed it lightly over the seventh vertebrae in his back, touching the gate of ki lightly before pulling her hand back and doing what would appear to be slapping him.

Black rolled through with each slap, three times taking energy from the air and pushing it into Kyuusai in order to jump start his own body. He would know now, he would know why everyone else was afraid of her, even if her ki was not a visual manifestation, it poured across him like a cloud. Nothing bad, only dark.
