Where am I?

There was darkness, muffled voices. There was a terrible feeling in her stomach, and she felt cold. She felt as though she would never be happy again, even in the bliss of darkness. She was drained, the most energy she could manage was to keep breathing. The barest of whimpers even escaping her as she collapsed, and fell through the double doors of the closet, making quite a racket as she fell out, sprawled naked on the floor.
