Wyrd gave a soft sigh, then turned, returning to Johan.

"There's really nothing here I can find other than laws being bent, and reality being used. SOmeone made a tear, then sealed it up really nice like. I don't know who or what we're after, so I have no way of tracking it."

There was a soft growl, and pebbles flittered along the ground, as his soft growl was a gentle rumble on the earth. He didn't like being stumped.

"Fine."

There was something of a tiny smile on Wyrd's muzzle as he looped two claws under Johan's arms and hoisted him up.

"And I'll not have you left behind in an enviroment where magic can just spring from no where. Lashana would never forgive me."

His wings then spread, and they were airborne, if only for a moment before the two of them disappeared. It was matter of minutes to return back to Hogoromo, when it had taken Johan a few hours to reach Wyrd in the first place.
