Cyrus had nodded to Seraph in turn, not wanting to be disrespectful, (something Johan had taught Cyrus early on was to be friendly and respect others,) and then, took off after Emillia when she took off for the castle.

He was really quite quick for his age, and was almost.... sort of managing to keep up, though not truly. Certain things had bothered him about Seraph this time, the man seemed a lot less..... pleasant, and a lot scarier this time.

Though he couldn't put his finger on it, he got the feeling a lot had changed.

It was a weird feeling, for a three year old.
