Thank you Marichan. I think I just needed to hear it to be safe. I stayed home from work today because I was so upset, and sleeping then hearing this has made me feel a lot better.

You are right about counsellors. Thats why I want to be one. I'm tired of all the things they call disorders being called disorders. I'm tired of every child who walks into my martial arts studio having a "diagnosis" of some sort another. They don't have anything, they are just kids that parents don't know how to handle or haven't handled correctly. The majority of my friends in the martial art have multiple personality "disorder". Yeah, they all say its hard when it first shows up, that its tough mostly because you've been taught just how weird of a person you are if you have it. Its wrong. They are some of the toughest, happiest people I know... and not one of them is on medication.

Thats why I want to go into counselling. Medicine isn't everything. I stopped taking the Zoloft twow eeks after I started. I won't touch anything like that ever again.
